Nothing brings me more joy than seeing a woman get out of my chair feeling like the best version of herself, without even breaking a sweat.
But beyond that, I’ve made it my mission to pour into other women. To teach, to mentor, and to pass down this life-changing skill to those who feel called to it, just like I was.
